Our History

CCL was established in 1999. Today, we remain independently owned, allowing us to be true to our guiding principles and provide impartial, best advice.

We have a team of over 100 specialists, each bringing the different skills and industry expertise you might need – and all with at least 15 years’ experience.

We regularly chair forums on the latest customer management issues and are invited to speak at industry events.  Several of our consultants are judges for National and European call centre and customer management awards.
