CCL charge on a day rate basis and estimate the number of days needed to do the job. Strategy work is aimed at 40% discount from big consultancies - averaging between £1,500 and £2,000 per day.

Implementation work (still using very experienced people) is carried out at a reduced rate and/or risk reward basis. Rates can vary between £800 per day for a long term Interim Manager, to £1,200 per day for an Implementation Consultant.

CCL's emphasis is on the end result achieved for the cost - not just the daily rate.
