Customer Consulting Ltd (CCL) is a specialist customer and change management company. We help organisations to optimise return on people, their investment in CRM, contact centres and direct channels to market.

Our clients include The Body Shop International, South West Trains and National Express Group.

Key issues in customer management are the needs to reduce the cost to serve, maximise sales and profitability, and to balance long term customer value, with short term budget requirements. 

The trend towards self-service and off-shore outsourcing has helped some companies continue to reduce costs, but still many of the fundamentals are being missed. CCL offers pragmatic advice to help steer companies through these various issues and come up with strategies and business cases which will work.
